Assembly is quick and easy! The TIGHTERMITE Stair Stepper comes with 95% pre-assembled parts. Simply attach the handlebars and LCD display using the provided screws, and you're good to go. Full instructions are included in the user manual.

3. Is the stair stepper suitable for beginners?
Yes! The TIGHTERMITE Stair Stepper is designed to be suitable for users of all fitness levels, including beginners. You can adjust the resistance to light, medium, or heavy depending on your fitness goals and experience.

Yes, the TIGHTERMITE Stair Stepper comes with a 1-year warranty that covers any manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or improper handling.

12. How do I return an item?
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund (excluding shipping costs). The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Please contact us to initiate the return process.

13. My product arrived damaged. What should I do?
We’re sorry for the inconvenience! If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue and either send a replacement or process a return.

14. How do I adjust the resistance on the stair stepper?
The TIGHTERMITE Stair Stepper features 3 adjustable resistance levels: Light, Medium, and Heavy. To change the resistance, simply turn the dial near the base of the stepper to your desired level.

15. How should I maintain my stair stepper?
To keep your stair stepper in optimal condition:

  • Clean it after each use with a dry cloth.

  • Check and tighten any loose screws or bolts.

  • Periodically lubricate the moving parts for smooth operation (use a silicone-based lubricant).

  • Store in a dry, cool place to prevent rust or damage.

16. Is the stair stepper suitable for tall users?
The TIGHTERMITE Stair Stepper is most suitable for users between 5'0" and 5'7". For taller users, the stride length may feel shorter, but it can still be used effectively. If you're concerned, feel free to contact us before purchasing for further guidance.
